ONDANOVA is an independent business telecoms provider based in the UK. We supply and support the three things almost every company runs on — the phone system, the internet connection and the mobiles — and we do it as one accountable supplier rather than three that blame each other.
Independent matters more than it sounds. We are not a franchise of a single network with a target to hit, so we can put your SIMs on EE, Vodafone, O2 or Three depending on where your people actually lose signal. We put your calls on the Gamma Horizon platform because it is the best hosted platform we have worked on, and we fit Ericsson-LG iPECS or Cisco Webex handsets depending on what the desk needs. Nobody pays us to recommend any of it.
The company is deliberately small and intends to stay that way. There are two directors, and you will deal with one of them. Not an account manager who inherited your file, not a ticket queue, not a call centre reading from a script written by somebody who has never seen your building. When you ring, a person who knows which cabinet your kit is in picks up.
What we sell is not really hardware. Anybody can post you a phone. What you are buying is the boring, careful part: the site survey before the order, the numbers ported without losing a day’s calls, the hunt groups built the way your team actually answers, the cabinet left labelled so the next engineer is not guessing, and someone who still knows your setup two years later.
We called the company ONDANOVA — onda nova, a new wave — because that is the point. Telecoms arrives in waves: copper to fibre, cupboard to cloud, desk to anywhere. Most businesses get dragged through each one late and expensively. Our job is to get you through it early, quietly, and without a fortnight of your staff being unable to make a call.
