Cloud Telephony

Calls that follow
your people.

A hosted phone system on Gamma Horizon with iPECS or Cisco handsets on the desk — the same extension ringing at the office, at home and in the car park.

What’s included

Six things you
actually get.

One system, any number of sites

Offices in different towns share a directory, dial each other on extensions and transfer calls for nothing.

Answer anywhere

Desk phone, laptop softphone or mobile app. Same number out, same number in, no personal mobile given away.

Routing you can change yourself

Hunt groups, out-of-hours, holiday messages and queues, editable from a browser without a support ticket.

Nothing on site to fail

No PBX, no batteries, no end-of-life notice in three years. The platform is somebody else’s data centre.

Call reporting that gets used

Who answered, how fast, how many gave up waiting. Enough to manage a team without a separate product.

Numbers you keep

Existing geographic numbers port across. You can add numbers in other area codes without an office there.

Is this for you?

Straight answers
before you ask.

Best for

Businesses with an ageing on-site PBX, more than one location, or staff who split their week between home and the office.

What it replaces

An on-premise phone system, its maintenance contract, and usually a set of ISDN or analogue lines that cost more than the calls.

What you need first

A connection with enough upload and low enough jitter. If yours is not up to it, we fix that before we sell you phones.

Questions

The ones people
always ask.

Will call quality be as good as ISDN?

On a properly sized connection with voice prioritised, yes — and it is the sizing that decides it, which is why we survey first.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Calls divert automatically to mobiles or another site. That is configured on day one, not worked out during an outage.

Can we keep our numbers?

Yes. Porting is part of the job and we plan the date with you.

Next step

Shall we take
a look?

No obligation and no hard sell. If what you have is fine, we will say so — that is usually the start of a longer relationship anyway.
