Managed Support

Still here in
month eighteen.

The part nobody sells because it is not exciting: someone who knows your setup, answers the phone, and fixes it without needing the whole story explained again.

What’s included

Six things you
actually get.

You get a person

Not a queue position, not a chatbot, not an account manager who inherited your file last week.

We already know your setup

Your sites, your circuits, your call flow and your quirks are documented, so you do not start from scratch.

We chase the carriers

Openreach, Gamma, the mobile networks. Sitting on hold with a wholesaler is our job, not your office manager’s.

Changes done properly

A new starter, a moved desk, a changed opening time. Small requests handled the same day rather than parked.

Proactive monitoring

We watch circuits and platforms, so a fair number of faults are raised before you tell us about them.

A review that is not a sales pitch

Once a year we go through what you are paying for and what has changed. Sometimes the outcome is you spending less.

Is this for you?

Straight answers
before you ask.

Best for

Businesses without in-house IT, and businesses with in-house IT who would rather not spend their week on hold to a carrier.

What it replaces

Ringing the network you bought from, explaining your setup from the beginning, and being told to reboot the router.

What you need first

Nothing. Support comes with what we supply — it is not a separate product with a separate price.

Questions

The ones people
always ask.

Is support charged extra?

The support of what we supply is included. Project work and site visits beyond that are quoted before we do them, never after.

What are your hours?

Business hours as standard, with out-of-hours cover for the things that genuinely cannot wait. We will be specific in writing.

What if we already have an IT company?

That is common and it works well. We look after comms and connectivity, they look after the desktops, and we talk to each other directly.

Next step

Shall we take
a look?

No obligation and no hard sell. If what you have is fine, we will say so — that is usually the start of a longer relationship anyway.
