Services

Everything we supply,
everything we support.

Four service lines, one supplier and one number to ring. Most of our customers take two or three of them — which is exactly the point, because then there is nobody to blame but us.

Why buy it together

One supplier is not just
administratively tidier.

It changes what happens when something goes wrong.

Nobody can pass the blame

When the phones and the line come from the same place, “it must be your broadband” stops being an available answer. We own the whole path.

The design actually fits together

We size the circuit knowing how many calls will run over it, and we set QoS knowing what else is on the network. Two suppliers never do that.

One bill, one contract end date

No more discovering that the mobiles renew in March, the lines in July and the phone system in a year you cannot remember agreeing to.

One relationship to maintain

You brief us once. We remember your sites, your quirks and which member of staff always reports a fault as “the internet is broken”.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No, and most people should not. The usual order is connectivity first, because everything else depends on it, then the phone system, then mobiles at their next renewal.

How long does a phone system move take?

For a single site with numbers to port, plan on two to four weeks from order — most of which is waiting for the port date rather than anything we are doing.

Are we locked into long contracts?

Terms vary by product because the underlying carriers set them, particularly on leased lines where the install is subsidised. We will always tell you the term before you sign, not after.

What happens when something breaks?

You ring us. Not a network’s support line, not a portal. We raise it with the carrier and stay on it until it is fixed.

Can you work with kit we already own?

Often, yes. If your handsets are recent and standards-based we would rather re-provision them than sell you new ones.

Next step

Tell us what
you are working with.

Two minutes on the phone is usually enough for us to say whether we can do better than what you have.
