Business Telephony

Phone systems built to work
as hard as your team.

Desk handsets, cordless sets and softphones running on iPECS hardware, connected to a Gamma Horizon hosted platform — so calls land wherever your people are working.

What’s included

One phone system,
every location.

iPECS Desk Phones

Ericsson-LG iPECS handsets across the range, from simple reception sets to executive multi-line phones.

iPECS Cordless & DECT

Wireless handsets for warehouses, showrooms and anyone who isn’t sat at a desk all day.

Softphone & Mobile App

Take your extension anywhere — answer and make calls from a laptop or mobile as if you were at your desk.

Gamma Horizon Hosted PBX

The call handling, queuing and routing behind every phone lives in the cloud, not a box in your comms cupboard.

Auto Attendants & Hunt Groups

Route callers to the right team automatically, with out-of-hours and holiday handling built in.

Number Porting & Rollout

Keep your existing numbers and roll new sites onto the same platform without disruption.

The process

How a move actually goes

The bit that decides whether this goes well. We do it the same way every time.

  1. We look at what you have

Line types, numbers, how many desks, who answers what. Half an hour on site tells us more than a form.

  2. We design the call flow on paper

Before a single handset is ordered you see the routing written down: who rings first, what happens at 5pm, where voicemail lands.

  3. We pre-build and pre-label

Handsets are configured and labelled with the extension before they leave us, so install day is plugging in, not programming.

  4. We port on a day you choose

Numbers move on an agreed date with us watching it. Old and new run side by side until we are happy.

  5. We come back a fortnight later

Nobody knows what annoys them about a phone system until they have used it for two weeks. That call is included.
