Handsets
Ten handsets.
Two ranges. No guesswork.
We keep the range deliberately small. Two families of desk phone that we know inside out, install every week and can get parts for — rather than a catalogue of everything ever made.
LG iPECS 1000i
Five models from stockroom phone to switchboard, topped by a seven-inch video handset. The range we standardise most offices on, and the best value per desk we can put in front of you.

Cisco Desk Phone 9800
Five models, including two with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and one with a five-inch touchscreen. The premium option, and the one for desks that get looked at.

How we quote handsets
Nobody should buy
fifty of the wrong phone.
We count desks, not people
Shared desks, meeting rooms, the warehouse wall and reception all need different phones. We walk the floor, or work from your plan.
We ask what happens on the phone
Transferring, holding, queuing, out-of-hours — the answers decide how many keys and how big a screen each role needs.
You get a mix, priced per desk
One line per model with the quantity and the monthly cost, so you can see exactly what the colour screens are costing you.
You try one first
We would rather send a sample handset than argue about it later.
Next step
Tell us how many desks
and what they do.
That is genuinely all we need to come back with a handset mix and a price.
