Tell us what you
are working with.

Roughly how many desks, how many sites, and what is currently annoying you. That is enough for us to be useful on the first call.

Direct

No form required.

If you would rather just talk to somebody, do that. It goes to a director, not a queue.

Before you write

Four things that make
the first call quicker.

None of these are compulsory. They just save a round trip.

How many desks and sites

The two numbers that decide almost everything about the design and the price.

What you have now

Even roughly. “Some kind of old system in the cupboard” is a perfectly useful answer — we will identify it when we visit.

When your contracts end

If you do not know, we can usually find out. Timing changes what we would recommend.

What is actually annoying you

The specific irritation — calls dropping, nobody answering reception, a bill that keeps climbing — is more useful than a list of features.

Will I get a salesperson calling me every week?

No. We will reply, and if you say not yet, we will leave it with you.

Do you charge for a survey or a quote?

No. The survey and the written proposal are free, and they are yours to keep even if you go elsewhere with them.

How quickly do you respond?

Same working day for enquiries, and immediately for faults on things we supply.

We are not ready to change anything yet.

That is fine, and it is often the best time to talk — before a renewal date forces a rushed decision.

The name

on·da no·va

/ˈɒn.də ˈnəʊ.və/

noun · Italian & Portuguese · from onda “wave” + nova “new”

  1. a new wave. A swell that arrives with force and changes the shape of what it meets. Not a ripple, and not a storm — a clean, deliberate change in direction.

“Every few years the industry gets an onda nova. Copper to fibre. Cupboard to cloud.”

  2. the mark. The two waves inside the O of our logo — one carrying voice, one carrying data, moving in step rather than fighting each other.

  3. the way we work. Arriving properly. Doing the survey, porting the numbers, labelling the cabinet, answering the phone afterwards. Leaving a business better connected than we found it.

“We didn’t want another supplier. We wanted an onda nova.”

ONDANOVA — Precision Connectivity.
