Meet the team

The people you
will actually deal with.

There is no third floor of account managers, no ticket queue you shout into, and nobody who will introduce themselves as your new point of contact in eight months.

The directors

Two people own
every decision.

FG

Fabio Gardella

Managing Director

Oversees the whole operation and is hands-on in the sales process. Fabio is usually the first person you speak to about what you need, and the one making sure what was promised is what actually gets installed.

RB

Rob Bailey

Sales Director

Runs the commercial side. Rob is who you talk to about contracts, tariffs and whether the thing you are being sold elsewhere is worth what they are charging.

The wider team

And the people
behind the two of us.

Engineering, support and administration. A small, settled group — the same names on your installs, your tickets and your invoices.

How it works

Who to ring,
and about what.

In practice you can ring either of us and we will sort it out between ourselves. But if you want to be efficient about it:

Fabio — the job itself

What you actually need, what it will take to deliver it, and whether a thing is possible at all. He is in the conversation from the first quote and still across it when the engineers are on site.

Rob — anything commercial

Quotes, tariffs, contract terms, renewals, and a second opinion on something you are being sold elsewhere. If it involves a number with a currency symbol, it is Rob.

Either of us — anything urgent

A line down or phones not ringing does not need routing to the right person first. Ring whoever you get.

The promise

What being a small
company actually buys you.

Recognition

You will not have to explain who you are, or which of your three sites has the leased line.

Continuity

The person who designed your system is the person who supports it, for as long as you are with us.

Accountability

There is no department to blame. If something we sold you is wrong, it is one of two people’s fault.

Honesty

Neither of us has a monthly target set by someone else, so nobody here needs to sell you something in March.

Next step

Ring one of us.
Either is fine.

You will get a person who knows the platform, the products and, shortly, your building.

The name

on·da no·va

/ˈɒn.də ˈnəʊ.və/

noun · Italian & Portuguese · from onda “wave” + nova “new”

  1. a new wave. A swell that arrives with force and changes the shape of what it meets. Not a ripple, and not a storm — a clean, deliberate change in direction.

“Every few years the industry gets an onda nova. Copper to fibre. Cupboard to cloud.”

  2. the mark. The two waves inside the O of our logo — one carrying voice, one carrying data, moving in step rather than fighting each other.

  3. the way we work. Arriving properly. Doing the survey, porting the numbers, labelling the cabinet, answering the phone afterwards. Leaving a business better connected than we found it.

“We didn’t want another supplier. We wanted an onda nova.”

ONDANOVA — Precision Connectivity.
