Business Connectivity

The layer everything
else depends on.

Full fibre, leased lines, multi-site networking and failover — specified against what your business actually runs, not the number on the advert.

What’s included

Six things you
actually get.

Full fibre where it fits

FTTP is the right answer for most single-site businesses. We check availability before we quote.

Leased lines where it matters

Uncontended, symmetrical bandwidth with a service level and a fix time, for businesses that cannot be offline.

Failover that has been tested

A second path — different carrier or 4G/5G — that we actually fail over to before we hand it across.

Sites joined properly

SD-WAN or point-to-point links so multiple buildings behave like one network with one policy.

Voice prioritised

QoS configured so a large upload does not make your phone calls sound like a wind tunnel.

Watched, not just installed

Monitoring on the circuit means we often raise a fault before anybody in your office notices.

Is this for you?

Straight answers
before you ask.

Best for

Anyone moving voice or line-of-business systems into the cloud, and any business where an hour offline has a real cost.

What it replaces

Consumer-grade broadband on a business site, or a contended connection that is fine at 9am and unusable at 3pm.

What you need first

Nothing. This is usually the first thing we do, because the rest is built on top of it.

Questions

The ones people
always ask.

Is a leased line worth the money?

Sometimes not. We will tell you when FTTP with a good backup is the sensible answer — it usually is, for smaller sites.

How long does a leased line take to install?

Typically 45 to 90 working days, sometimes longer if civils are needed. We keep an interim connection running throughout.

Can you take over an existing circuit?

Often yes, at the next renewal. We will look at the contract and tell you honestly whether moving saves anything.

Next step

Shall we take
a look?

No obligation and no hard sell. If what you have is fine, we will say so — that is usually the start of a longer relationship anyway.
